Domain Renewals

Folks,

Domain renewals and Domain Services are handled through enom which is the registrar that we use. The process goes like this:

1) If you are a new customer, we will register the domain name for you through Enom.

2) A username and password will be generated and we will send this information to you.

3) Once we have created a retail account for you, Enom will sent out reminders to you saying that your domain name will expire within 15 to 30 days. The email will come from GoCheapHosting.com, however it is the responsability of the Customer (you) to ensure that you have all your billing information updates with Enom, otherwise you could lose your domain name until you renew it again. In the worst case, if the domain name is not renewed in 30 days, it goes into redemption which means they will charge you $160.00 to renew the domain name.

4) If we haven't confused you already, to put it simply: follow the directions in the email about the domain renewal. The link should be http://www.enomcentral.com. In the event that you get stuck or confused, please call 202-361-9357.
